Welcome to Nolavya (“the App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Nolavya, including its wallpapers, themes, widgets, app icons, AI-powered features, and related services.

By downloading, accessing, or using Nolavya, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under the age required in your jurisdiction, you may use the App only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. License to Use the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Nolavya for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

You may not:

copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App

reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except where permitted by law

use the App in any unlawful or unauthorized manner

interfere with or disrupt the App or its related services

3. App Features

Nolavya may provide features including, but not limited to:

wallpapers

themes

widgets

app icons

AI-generated or AI-enhanced content

subscription-based premium content

Some features may require internet access, software updates, or device permissions.

4. User Content

You may upload, import, or use certain content in connection with the App’s features.

You retain ownership of any content you provide, but you grant us a limited license to use, process, display, and store that content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and providing the App’s features to you.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content:

does not violate any law or regulation

does not infringe the rights of others

does not contain harmful, abusive, or unlawful material

We may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms.

5. AI Features

Nolavya may include AI-powered tools that generate, enhance, recommend, or personalize content.

You understand and agree that:

AI-generated results may vary

results may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for every purpose

you are responsible for reviewing and deciding how to use any AI-generated output

You may not use AI features to create, upload, or distribute unlawful, infringing, harmful, or abusive content.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of Nolavya may require a paid subscription or in-app purchase.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree that:

payment will be charged through your Apple ID account or other platform account

subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period

renewal charges will be applied within 24 hours before the end of the current period

you can manage or cancel subscriptions through your account settings on the relevant platform

All billing and refund matters are handled by the platform provider, unless otherwise required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, branding, software, features, graphics, text, and other materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted in these Terms, you may not use our intellectual property without prior written permission.

8. Third-Party Services

The App may contain links to, integrate with, or rely on third-party services, tools, or content. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

use the App for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes

upload viruses, malware, or malicious code

attempt unauthorized access to the App or related systems

infringe any intellectual property, privacy, or other rights

misuse the subscription, payment, or promotional systems

use automated tools to access or scrape the App without authorization

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or used the App in a harmful or unlawful manner.

You may stop using the App at any time.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Nolavya is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee that:

the App will always be available, secure, or error-free

the App will meet all of your expectations

any content, including AI-generated content, will always be accurate, complete, or reliable

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, profits, or business arising from or related to your use of the App.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, for the App or related services during the 12 months before the claim arose.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Nolavya, its developer, affiliates, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising out of:

your use of the App

your content

your violation of these Terms

your violation of any rights of another person or entity

14. Changes to the App or Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time.

We may also update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted within the App or on the relevant website, and the “Last Updated” date will be revised. Continued use of the App after changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16. Privacy Policy

Your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
